Programs Procedures

New forms are required to accompany each proposal sent to the Office of Sponsored Programs. The new forms include a new budget template. You must submit the new forms with your proposals or they will be returned without review. The forms are available on the OSP Web Page.

UAA Telephone System Replacement

Requests for new telephone service. Effective immediately, all customers requesting new telephone service in Anchorage will receive temporary analog PBX telephones until their offices are converted to VoIP. Customers will be charged for their new VoIP telephones at the time service is requested.

Phone Placement. The Anchorage campus VoIP call manager system is in place and the IT Services department has had all of its telephones replaced. The University Center phones will be replaced before the holiday break. After the holiday break, work will begin in the Administration Building. The project team believes that all 3,500 phones involved in the project can be replaced by the end of March, 2007.

VoIP Project Website. A new project website with information on this project will debut shortly. In the meantime, announcements will be posted in the Green and Gold daily and on UAA's technology website (http://technology.uaa.alaska.edu).

2007 Summer & Fall Final Proofs
